Claremont Christian Academy is pleased to offer the 1st & 2nd Grade Class. We still have openings for the 2008-2009 school year.  Your child will experience language, reading, arithmetic, spelling, poetry, art, writing, science, social studies, and Bible in a small classroom setting.   We are excited to give them the opportunity to expand their knowledge and academic skills in this positive Christian atmosphere!

Mrs. Jill Lyons is a Claremont Christian Academy graduate, her children have attended our school, and she has been involved with CCA by assisting in extracurricular activities.  Mrs. Lyons has a degree in English, and her areas of expertise include grammar, punctuation, creative writing, and children's literature. This will be her second year teaching at CCA.  Previously, she had taught at Christian Heritage School in Brattleboro, VT using the A Beka Book curriculum.  In addition, she has acquired experience with various other curriculums through home schooling her own children.
