[ ] Review Information Packet Materials [ ] Meet with Administrator and tour the school [ ] Complete Enrollment Form and Student Application. Submit with Non-refundable enrollment fee. [ ] CCA will arrange for Parent and Student Interviews [ ] Placement Testing (Reading Readiness required for Kindergarten Enrollment)
